It may seem like the thousandth time you have tried to quit, but that makes you even more impressive to me.  It tells me you are courageous, and you have guts.  It's been a really hard battle, but you are not giving up.  You continue to fight, and that is more than half the battle.  Way to go, Doyle!  There is no keeping you down!  I am rooting for you all the way.  You can do this.  Keep believing in yourself.  You deserve to live a smoke free life.

Welcome back Doyle!

You have persistence on your side, that's for sure! You have a tremendous amount of experience to draw upon. You have more intention, perhaps, than ever before -- and the intention can make all the difference!

In short, you are ready!

A few reminders: we are here for you through thick and thin. There may be bumps in the road along the way, but keep going! As Vix1976 says, "Remember why you want to quit." You have one-on-one support available from Quit Coaches a phone call away, 1-877-513-5333. You have nothing to lose and your freedom to gain.

Keep making those positive choices, one day at a time.

KTQ,
Efram

I am at what seems to be the thousandth time trying to quit, but I have yet to smoke today and feel more intention in my mind.  I can choose to go the easy way, the known path that I have been on for the past 12 years, or I can choose to go a healthier way - perhaps more challenging and scary but the positive choice for my life.  I am taking on the cravings one at a time.  I have beat other addictions in the past, and want to put an end to the nicotine madness.  I am sick and tired of smoking and must not forget this.  I want to be free and live with purity.  I no longer want to be a slave.

My Quit Date: 10/1/2017
Smoke-Free Days: 0
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0
Amount Saved: $0.00
