Hi Bah,  It's probably more important that you are here, facing your addiction issues, then putting them in the background and avoiding them, right?  I'm the same, I think we are all or have been.  Refuse to drift away from this site, make it your normal routine, and work at it.  Keep these goals, and you'll get there.  And remember it's not a race.  Sometimes it feels like it's been going on forever, but that's what withdrawl does to your head.  It makes the passing of time difficult.  We're here for you, Ocean.

We are happy to have you here with us and congratulations for taking the decision to quit smoking again. Your persistence is so great and if you don’t lose sight of your goal, you will eventually succeed and become a non-smoker. Like Jeyan said “never give up until you win’’. Bah75, don't be embarrassed. It's great that you're trying hard to overcome your addiction to nicotine. Keep fighting hard, never give up until you win. In the end our inner strength will overcome the addiction, as long as we never quit quitting. We can do this!!
