I have not been communicating for a while...but I have not lost interest. By the end of this week I will have made it two months! I can hardly believe I have done this good. I am still holding on to my nicotine gum, however...just one or two bits a day. I am looking forward to giving up those crutches pretty soon. It does get easier as time moves on. Everyone around me appreciates it and that makes me very proud. Remember, even our pets enjoy a better and more healthy life after we quit. If I can do this just about anyone can. Try not to vape. That puts chemicals into your lungs, as well. Just keep your hands busy and you will have success before you know it. Hang in there everyone! Just give it up and don't look back. The online group is helping me because I feel accountable to all of you now.
