Congratulations on Day 5 today.

Seeing other smokers can be a trigger, but it looks like you are well prepared with lozenges and inhaler. As we know, preparation plays an important role in staying smoke free. So, well done to you!

Enjoy your smoke free week-end and as Newopportunity said, you are ready to fight the crave!

Yesterday was pretty uneventful.  I am hoping the rain has stopped for a few days as it will allow me to get out and cycle. and walk a little bit.  Today maybe a challenge as I have to go visit a client who smokes quite a bit.  Got lozenges and extra cartridges for my inhaler already in my back pack.
