Hi Newoportunity,
It's great that you are no longer wheezing when you breathe!  You must be so happy about that!
Looking at my stats, I see that I would have smoked over 8,000 cigarettes if I hadn't quit.  That just blows my mind.  I know I have really damaged my lungs over the years, but now that I have quit smoking, they are starting to heal.  And I can honestly say that I haven't really craved this past month.
I am thrilled that I was able to keep my quit, even when times were really tough.  Living life as a non-smoker is so rewarding, and I am grateful to all my friends here at SHO who have helped me to get to this point. 
Newoportunity, you have done remarkably well, given that you were such a heavy smoker.  Keep up the good work, and remember, Not One Puff Ever!

Hi Everyone
As you know, I quit time ago, then I relapse and quit so many times...
Something call my attention today, I was sleeping and as always I woke up early then I take a minute to Listen to my Brief. As surprise I did not hear the squeaky noise from lungs anymore....
Then I said to my self, you did good never else Smoke in my life.
