Hi manderson4,

I'm glad you were able to settle down this morning.  Man, stress does some weird things to us, eh?  Anyway, hope you had a good day.

And Newoportunity, yes, sometimes we have a rough day for no apparent reason.  It's terrible when we get cravings even after having been smoke free for so long.  This is one tough addiction to beat.  But it's great that you keep telling yourself Not One Puff Ever.  As long as we stick to that, we will be fine.  So hang in there, my friend, you will feel better soon.

So far so good.  I have been up for hours, was a little anxious first thing, because the phone woke me up but now things have settled down.  Went for a ride before the sun was up then went for a drive with my Dad for breakfast.  The rest of the day should be pretty quiet, so I might just netflix and relax.  Have a great day everyone.
