What a great feeling Newoportunity to know that you are in control and don't have to give in to the craving!
Kudos to you... Thinking like a non smoker and a champion indeed like Treepeo and Mudman mentioned!

Cheers to a smoke free life!

Hi Newoportunity,

I am so happy for you!  You got that thought and right away you knew you were not going to do it, and that the craving would pass.  And it did, and you could be proud of yourself.  Yippee!  Stay strong, my friend.  You need to breathe in order to survive, and you won't be able to do that if you start smoking again.  You have been so strong and courageous, Newoportunity, and you have worked really hard to change your life for the better.  And you have done that.

I am so glad you are enjoying the benefits of being a non-smoker!

Hi Everyone

I like to share how I feel about quitting smoking.

Today, after a shower; I was getting dress and I have that though to go and by a pack. Then instantly I discovered that was a crave and I said to my self what relief not to do it anymore!
A second later I feel peace inside my mind and happiness.

Have a wonderful smoke free day!
