Wow JanJan, You Rock!!!  Congrats on 600 days.  It's hard to believe how quickly time goes by, eh?  Remember when you first started out, and all your numbers were at zero.  And look where you are now, 15,000 cigarettes not smoked.  That's amazing.  You should be really proud of yourself, and I hope you do something to celebrate this remarkable milestone!

Well, it's been 600 days, and 15,000 cigarettes not smoked!  Those numbers astound me.  I still can't believe that I've made it this far.  This journey has not been an easy one especially during those early days but oh so worth it in the end.  I love the fact that I'm a non-smoker and that cigarettes no longer control my life.  It's strange that even after 600 days, I still have dreams that I'm smoking.  It's crazy how this addiction can invade your dreams.  LOL.  But when I wake up, I'm so thankful that it was just a dream!

Thanks everyone at SHO because I couldn't have done it without you guys!!!
