Hello Treepeo,

Your doing amazing- being active and losing weight in the process.  I don't blame you at all, moving in the humidity is challenging.  Hopefully, nice fall walks will be pleasurable for you and a wonderful distraction as you view the beautiful changes of nature.

Hi smoberedup

I am technologicallly challenged, so even though I tried, I couldn't get into our ongoing stream

Anyways, I thought I had totally blown it, because I didn't even walk like I normally do.  I don't want to make excuses, but I live in Toronto, and it was so hot and humid that I couldn't even sleep at night, let alone get through the day at work.  But somehow, I lost 1.4 pounds.  Total fluke.

I am super aware that losing some weight is my new goal, but just like when I tried to quit smoking, this is going to be a pretty daunting task.  So glad I have you on my side so we can do it together.
