Hi Newlife I know what you mean. When I had my last smoke it was the night of July 5th/09 @ 10:50 just before I went to bed. I have called my quit day July 6th, my first smoke free day. Hope that helps
As long as you stop smoking is what really matters. All the best to you.

Hey newlife,
I think it would be on the day you went an entire day without any smokes, so I would set my quit meter to 12:00 AM March 10.
Make sure you have a lot of water near by and sweets to suck on... You'll do great!

So, I've cut myself wwaaayyy back to prepare myself for my first smoke-free day tomorrow but I'm confused. Is my quit day the last day that I smoke (which would be today) or does it start tomorrow (the first day with no cigs?). I'm kind of laughing at myself right now because normally I would be able to figure this out but because I have cut back so much on cigs I've found myself feeling really out to lunch! Can't keep a thought in my head, heart palpitations, anxiety, can't sleep, and, holy hannah, night sweats! I'm pretty sure it's partly anxiety over tomorrow being THE DAY and partly withdrawal. Any thoughts?
