Hey Pokie way to go!!!

I have to make a comment about your dreams though.  I often dream of smoking and in all honesty I absolutely love them!!  Reason being is that when I wake up I can say *aaaaah that was good* and I'm good for the day.  No cravings or nothing!!...lol...so it's kind of like a secret fix I am getting but not really getting but damn it sure feels good!!!...LOL....

Have a fantastic smoke free weekend!!

Iva

Way to go Samantha, you are doing a great job. I am glad it is going smoothly but just be on guard at all times. That big old niocodemon can sneak up on you when you don't expect it. Keep positive that has so much to do with winning!!! Have a wonderful Saturday and breath deeply because we can now!!!!!  NOPE

Hi Pokie,

Great work on 42 days smoke-free, and congratulations on saving up the money you would have otherwise spent. Be proud of your accomplishments and keep inspiring your fellow members.

Hello Everyone

I can't believe I have come this far. I started a second bank account to put my smoking money in and I can't believe I have save up to 130.00. I am hoping to save for a trip next year and I dream of taking my husband and kids to a warm sandy beach just laying in the sun. I feel so good but I still have bad cravings and thanks to my inhaler I get passed them. I have only used my inhaler about once every other day. I have noticed that I am using it less and less every day. One thing that is driving me a little crazy is having dreams that I am still smoking. I wake up wondering why the heck was I dreaming that. I don't smoke anymore. My kids have made me feel really happy and they tell me that everyday.

I am truly  happy that I have come this far.

IF I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU! :)
