I used to love the Dark Parables series when it was done only by Blue Tea, but now that Eipix has gotten involved, not so much.  I also love the Dark Romance series.  To be honest, I have become a real gamer over the last four years.  I probably own over 300 games!  So no lack of distractions here!

Hi Emily,

I think that is such a cool idea!

For me, I buy hidden object games to play on my computer through Big Fish Games  There are some really good ones that take you into a different world.  They are visually beautiful, and they keep your hands and your mind occupied.

Hi everyone,

As many of you have probably noticed, distractions can be a very helpful way to manage cravings. Sometimes it can be a challenge to think of ways to keep busy in the moment or even think or new things to do outside of the moment of having an urge.

We have some very creative Quit Coaches in the office who decided to follow an online video that directed them step by step on how to complete a painting. All of the utensils needed were purchased at a dollar store at a low cost. It can be a great way to keep your mind off of things, get your hands busy, be creative, and you get a painting to keep in the end.

What distractions have you been using?

Emily
