Hi mullenslice,

Here are some information about the nicotine mist or spray:

The Nicotine Oral Spray or mist is an instant spray that is sprayed into the mouth and the vapor is released and absorbed through the lining of the mouth. It helps to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms and each spray contains 1 mg of nicotine. When spraying the nicotine mist into your mouth, avoid spraying it on your lips or down your throat. To avoid spraying down your throat, do not inhale while spraying. The possible side effects are the following: hiccups, headache, nausea; tingling, burning sensations, inflammation or pain in the mouth or lips or changes in taste perception; dryness of mouth or throat or increased amounts of saliva; indigestion. Most people have no side effects or brief ones; rarely any serious ones. If you experience problems, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Hope these information help. Take care and have a wonderful day everyone.
