Thanks for these links Buttingout!  I just read the Illustrated Allan Carr AGAIN, after a year or two.  This is one is better than his old book which was so sexist and non-relatable of our modern roles.  Keep on rocking!

Hi Donna, Thanks for reaching out with a post. There is a ton of support to be had here and I know it has really helped me along. You have a great attitude about your slips in that, as far as I can tell, you are not dwelling on them. The past is the past and we can't change that and today is what matters. Good luck. You can do this! We can do this!

  Hi Donna!! Welcome!!
It is probably the most difficult journey to take! I'm 28 days and the "wants " ( so beautifully put Treepeo!) are the hardest to beat! It is amazing how smoking habits are established and probably the saddest to break. I loved to have a smoke!
I look in the mirror every night and say "way to go! Another day down! "
This is absolutely the best support ever! This is my first quit after 19 years and I'm motivated to be my only quit!!
It was so hard to hide the habit...I work in an environment that would do judge!!
You can do this! We are all behind you!!

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 1/16/2017
Smoke-Free Days: 24
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 168
Amount Saved: $87.36
Life Gained:
Days: 2 Hrs: 13 Mins: 42 Seconds: 33

Sorry folks.. I'm 24 days not 28!
