Welcome Samjul. It sounds like both you and hubby have a tremendous initiative to become smoke free. As Marianne suggests, sharing on SHO is encouraging and helpful and using NRT's in many cases increases your chances of success. The quitting process will be unique for each of you and hopefully you both have strong plans and support in place even if they are somewhat different. Hello I am new here today I have smoked what I hope to be my last cigarette I have wanted to quit for so long I did the cutting down and went from 5 a day to 2 a day and 3 on the weekends . But have been stuck there for some time . My hubby is also trying but he went cold turkey .
So I thought I would come here and get help and listen to others experiences and I know if I relapse to just start again
