Hey, you're doing amazing. .keep up the good work😊.
I was wondering if you felt the need could you supplement with the gum? Maybe the 2mg nicorette?
This is what i have been using...I only have about 4 gums a day and sometimes use the inhaler too but rarely. I think  you'll  be just fine, sounds like you have been doing super grezt so far.

Good morning manderson4 - you can hang around this forum as much as you want - that's what its here for: the good days & the tricky days and everything in between! Its unfortunate you were not able to get the NRT you were hoping for, but you seem positive to have gone home with something in-hand. Some really like the NRT inhaler, as it helps satisfy the hand-to-mouth motion of smoking, while delivering nicotine. Keep up that self-talk - its so very valuable - and hope you had a great walk on this fine Spring day. Take care, Sarah

So yesterday was actually day 32 and today is day 33.  Everything went fine yesterday and I covered the distance I needed to to make all my appointments.  I got a new keyboard so any typos today are because of fat fingers not coffee on my keyboard.  I went to my quit smoking group, and they announced that they didnt get there NRT delivery.  But they tried to make sure everyone got some NRT.  I got my inhalers but I didnt get step 2 patches.  I got step 3.  I guess I am a little anxious about this and have been doing self talk since yesterday that I am ready for this.  I was hoping for another week of step 2.  Twice this week I was either really late changing my patches or I forgot completely.  You may see me hanging out on the forum a bit more today.  I might have to go for a walk and get some biscotti or bagels.  Have a great smoke free day everyone.
