Hi Sarah,

Congratulations on your 100 days!  That is absolutely fantastic!  Keep doing what you're doing, taking it one day at a time, and you will get there.  I sure wish I was a non-smoker at the age of 40.  Sigh.  But oh well, better late than never.

Hi Everyone so nice to see everyone is doing so well with the quits and all the new quitters.

It has been a few years since i have made the climb up old smokey mountain and made it !!  The air and view is different up here.  It hasn't been an easy journey quitting is never easy, just have to remind my self some days how bad i really want it .   I just try to put in one day at a time and yes craving do get better.  There was some days i could not even get out of bed or leave the house for the first few weeks.  I did alot of walking with Suzie my pooch.  Some times a person does not realize how much they are addicted.

This quit i looked at things differently how bad i needed to quit for my health and was sick and tired choosing cigs over everything else.  I hated how they controlled me and my life

I told my self im going to be smoke free at 40 and it is soon approaching.  Any way everyone  thank you so much for all your support and stories love reading them.  Im not on every day but I think of each and everyone of you .  Keep it up   your friend   Sarah
