Hi to everyone today I reache my 8 month smokefree I'm doing good No more coughing no more yellow on my fingers I start to go for walk every morning for 30 minutes I could breath the fresh air outside every morning the day I quit smoking I gave a wonderful gift to my health I'm proud to be a nonsmoker Louise
