Hello all,

I'm on day 3 today and so far so good, I have cravings but thanks to this site and support I realize that they will pass eventually and I just need to stick with it. After all I smoked for 30 years it's going to take time to break the habit. I remember why I am quitting which for me is for my health, it was time to stop before I do real damage.  This isn't my first time quitting, I have done it many times before, but I wasn't having any health related problems then. Anyways one day at a time, one step at a time but this time I will win

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 1/21/2013
Smoke-Free Days: 2
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 20
Amount Saved: $6.00
Life Gained:
Days: 0 Hrs: 9 Mins: 32 Seconds: 15
